Elections increasingly demand professionals prepared to deal with a complex, digital and highly scrutinized regulatory landscape.

A lack of up-to-date knowledge of electoral rules, digital advertising, artificial intelligence, campaign accounting and campaign financing can create serious risks for candidacies, parties and teams, including fines, irregularities, liability and damage to the electoral strategy.

FMP's Professional Development Course in Electoral Law was developed to train professionals who work or wish to work in electoral campaigns, offering practical, accessible training connected to the reality of the electoral process.

You will study:

Electoral advertising and electoral polls
Campaign accounting and electoral spending
Digital Electoral Law and new technologies
Fake news, freedom of expression and abuse of power
Campaign financing
Party law, eligibility and candidacy registration

LGPD applied to the electoral context

A program for those who need to understand the rules, anticipate risks and make safer decisions in campaigns, parties, advisory teams and multidisciplinary groups.

Certification

Upon completing the course, participants will receive a professional development certificate issued by FMP, with a total course load of 30 hours. The certification attests to training in essential topics of contemporary Electoral Law, with a focus on practical work in campaigns, parties, advisory services, electoral communication, campaign accounting and risk management.

Course Modules

The course structure was organized to take students from the fundamentals of Electoral Law to applied practice in campaigns, advertising, campaign accounting and electoral risk management.

Guilherme Gonçalves

Founder of IPRADE. Master's in Democracy and Fundamental Rights from UniBrasil and graduate of UFPR. Graduate professor of Electoral Law at EJE-TRE/PR and of Electoral and Urban Law at UEL. Founding member of ABRADEP and member of IBRADE. Also a member of IPDA and IAP.
