The Institutional Evaluation Committee (CPA) is composed of representatives from the institution’s faculty, student body, and technical-administrative staff, as well as three representatives from organized civil society. It serves in an advisory, administrative, executive, and oversight capacity regarding educational and institutional activities.
The CPA’s work is guided by autonomy and transparency, seeking to provide relevant information and guidance—including through the implementation of the Institutional Evaluation—for the institution’s management and relevance, as well as for raising its standards of performance and quality.
Skills
Subject to the relevant legislation, the CPA is responsible for:
Conduct internal institutional evaluation processes.
Develop a systematic approach to monitoring, oversight, and evaluation focused on productivity and the quality of institutional outcomes.
Systematize and provide information regarding internal evaluation within the framework of the National System for Higher Education Studies and Research (SINAES).

In simple terms, the CPA’s activities involve three distinct and complementary actions: (Article 8 of the Regulations—duties of the Commission)
Planning and definition of evaluation criteria (Art. 8, II, VI, VII)
Self-Assessment with the Participation of the FMP Membership (Art. 8, I; Art. 9, V)
Analysis and Dissemination of Results (Art. 8, III; IV; Art. 9, IV, VI)
Institutional Evaluation
The primary purpose of FMP’s Institutional Evaluation is to promote the autonomous implementation of the institutional mission, in order to ensure scientific quality, effective management, and fulfillment of its social relevance and responsibility.
In compliance with legal requirements, the institutional self-evaluation process has been included in the academic calendar of FMP’s Law Program since the second semester of 2007—when the program began operations. Upon analyzing the institutional evaluation reports, the CPA issues detailed reports identifying areas for improvement based on the results obtained. This information is used to develop academic and administrative initiatives.
The results are widely publicized on the institution’s website, as well as to the academic community via banners and the student portal.

The CPA's guidelines are as follows:
Its membership shall include three members—appointed by the College’s General Administration—from all segments of the academic community (faculty, students, and administrative staff) and three representatives from organized civil society, with no single segment allowed to hold an absolute majority
