About the Course
The FMP Specialization in Labor Law and Procedure: The World of Work and Its New Relationships deepens students’ understanding of the transformations affecting contemporary work and their implications for the law. The program covers everything from the classical foundations of Labor Law to the challenges posed by new forms of employment, technology, digital platforms, and the reorganization of labor relations. Throughout the course, students develop technical expertise in substantive and procedural labor law, engaging in critical analysis of legislation, case law, and the changes that are reshaping the world of work and requiring new strategies for legal practice.

According to Resolution No. 1/2018 of the National Education Council (CNE), it is no longer necessary to complete a Final Course Project (TCC) to obtain the Specialist degree. Therefore, when enrolling in the course, you must choose whether or not you want to complete the TCC. If you choose to complete it, you will take an additional 30 hours of Research Methodology and receive individual guidance. *Full tuition rates effective in 2026.
