About the program
FMP's Specialization in Labor Law and Labor Procedure: the world of work and its new relationships deepens the understanding of the transformations impacting contemporary work and their effects on the law. The program covers everything from the classic foundations of Labor Law to the challenges brought by new forms of hiring, technology, digital platforms and the reorganization of labor relations. Throughout the program, students develop technical mastery of Substantive and Procedural Labor Law, with critical analysis of legislation, case law, and the changes reshaping the world of work and demanding new legal strategies.

Under Resolution No. 1/2018 of the National Education Council (CNE), a Final Paper (TCC) is no longer required to obtain the Specialist degree. Therefore, when enrolling in the program, you must choose whether or not to complete a Final Paper. If you choose to do so, you will take an additional 30 hours in Research Methodology and receive individual guidance. *Full amounts in effect for 2026.
