100% Online | 360h

About the program

FMP's Specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods and Neuroscience explores a new frontier in conflict resolution: the integration of consensus-based techniques - such as mediation, negotiation and conciliation - with scientific knowledge about behavior, decision-making and brain function. The program offers tools to understand how cognitive and emotional factors influence conflicts and agreements. Throughout the program, students develop practical skills to conduct dialogue and dispute-resolution processes more effectively, incorporating evidence-based strategies from neuroscience and behavioral sciences applied to Law.
