About the program
FMP's Specialization in Civil Law and Civil Procedure offers in-depth training in the main institutions of Private Law and the procedural instruments used for their judicial protection. The program covers core topics in Civil Law, such as obligations, contracts, civil liability, family, and inheritance, linking them to the procedural mechanisms for resolving disputes. Throughout the program, students develop technical mastery of civil and procedural legislation, case-law analysis, and the practical application of Civil Law and Civil Procedure in contemporary legal practice.
