About the program
FMP's Specialization in Family and Succession Law provides an in-depth study of the legal institutions governing family relationships and the transfer of assets. The program examines core topics such as marriage, stable unions (common-law partnerships), filiation, custody, alimony and succession, taking into account the social changes impacting Family Law and their legal implications. Throughout the program, students develop technical mastery of applicable legislation and case law, enhancing their professional practice in resolving family disputes and applying succession rules.
