FMP’s Graduate Program in Family and Succession Law delves deeply into the legal institutions that govern family relationships and the transfer of assets. The program examines key topics such as marriage, common-law marriage, parentage, custody, child support, and inheritance, taking into account the social changes that impact family law and their legal implications. Throughout the program, students develop technical expertise in applicable legislation and case law, enhancing their professional competence in resolving family conflicts and applying inheritance laws.
