Law in Practice from the Very Beginning
Studying at FMP means truly experiencing the law, right from the very first semesters. Here, you’ll learn from prosecutors, attorneys, judges, public defenders, and legal scholars in an environment that embodies justice, right in the heart of Porto Alegre and the legal system, alongside the TJRS, MPRS, OAB, and the Public Defender’s Office.
Law with Excellence
FMP’s law program is an on-campus program, but it offers full digital support for your daily routine. The program lasts 5 years (10 semesters) and is offered in the evening, with the course load entirely dedicated to the study of law.
Practical experience begins early. Starting in the initial semesters, you’ll engage in practical activities, such as the Mock Trial, and later, at the Center for Legal Practice (NPJ) and the Model Law Firm, you’ll work on projects that bridge the gap between theory and real-world legal practice.

There are several ways to start your career at FMP. Choose the one that makes the most sense for you.
Online College Entrance Exam
Take the writing test to apply for an undergraduate program. There is no application fee for the admissions process.
Enem
Enroll in law school using your overall ENEM score. Plus, you’ll receive a scholarship based on your average score. The higher it is, the better!
Transfer
You can enroll at FMP by transferring your enrollment from law school or any other program you are currently taking, and you may be able to transfer credits.
Graduate
For those who already have another bachelor's degree, admission is direct! Ideal for those looking to add a new degree to their professional profile or make a planned career transition.
