What sets FMP apart

Law lived from the start
Studying at FMP means truly living the Law from the very first semesters. Here, you learn from prosecutors, attorneys, judges, defenders and masters of Law, in an environment that breathes justice, right in the heart of Porto Alegre and the legal system, next to the TJRS, MPRS, OAB and the Public Defender's Office.

Law with excellence
FMP's Law program is on-campus, but with full digital support for your routine. It is a 5-year program (10 semesters), in the evening shift, with a course load fully dedicated to the study of Law.
Practice starts early. From the initial semesters, you already engage in practical activities, such as the Mock Trial, and later at the Legal Practice Center (NPJ) and the Model Law Office, in projects that bring theory closer to concrete legal practice.
Who you will learn with
Our faculty is made up of masters, PhDs and professionals active in the Justice system, such as Prosecutors and Attorneys of the Public Prosecutor's Office, Judges, Appellate Judges and renowned lawyers. You learn from those who shape, decide, defend and transform the Law - and that makes all the difference.
