Area of Concentration

The program’s area of focus is “Legal Remedies for the Enforcement of Inalienable Rights,” which is explored through two complementary lines of research:

Remedies for the Enforcement of Unconditional Public Rights

Remedies for the Enforcement of Transindividual Rights
