Tradition and excellence

About the program

In an on-campus format, the Law School of the Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público presents its Stricto Sensu Graduate Program – Academic Master's in Law. The program is marked by a multidisciplinary, critical and innovative approach, committed to the affirmation and realization of Human and Fundamental Rights.

Area of Concentration

The Program's area of concentration is Protections for the Realization of Non-Waivable Rights, developed through two complementary research lines:

Protections for the Realization of Unconditioned Public Rights

Protections for the Realization of Unconditioned Public Rights

Protections for the Realization of Transindividual Rights

Protections for the Realization of Transindividual Rights

The coherence between these lines and the academic goals of the program strengthens and consolidates the institution's research groups, expanding scientific dialogue and academic production.

At the same time, the expansion of spaces for investigation and reflection provides the conditions for the development of outstanding theoretical-empirical research, aimed at the protection and promotion of public, collective and transindividual rights, ensuring the critical insertion of master's students in the contemporary legal scene.
