At the Secretariat of Public Security Affairs, he served as coordinator of the integrated public security intelligence center for the State of São Paulo, secretary of the integrated agency for combating organized crime, and secretary of the forum for combating corruption and money laundering in the State of São Paulo.

He is currently a Full Professor at the Federal University of Maranhão in a technical collaboration with the University of Brasília (UNB).

Professor in the lato sensu graduate program in Criminal Law and Compliance (Mackenzie Presbyterian University). Researcher in the “Economic Criminal Law and International Justice” and “Public Policies for the Realization of Citizenship” research groups. She has published works in the field of Economic Criminal Law, particularly on public policies for anti-corruption compliance. She participated in the Legal Education Exchange Program (Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, CA, USA). She is a full member of the Brazilian Bar Association’s (OAB) Compliance Studies Commission. She is an attorney with experience practicing in the areas of compliance and contract law.
