On August 19, 2026, FMP, through its Center for Legal Practice, held the 4th edition of the Educational Session of the Ethics and Disciplinary Tribunal (TED) of the Brazilian Bar Association—Rio Grande do Sul Chapter (OAB/RS). The event took place in person in the institution’s auditorium and brought together representatives from OAB/RS, TED judges, and law students.
The initiative provided students with hands-on experience regarding the Court’s operations, through mock trials of real cases and the participation of FMP students in oral arguments.
The session was attended by professionals from the legal and academic communities, including Dr. Gabriel Lopes Moreira, Dr. Ana Carolina Filippon Stein, Dr. Jonathan Iovane de Lemos, Dr. Marcelo Santagada de Aguiar, Dr. Renata Vielmo Guidolin, and Dr. Frederico Freitas.
This initiative reinforces the FMP's commitment to legal education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
