On August 7, during the 5th edition of “Cidade da Advocacia,” FMP presented its new Immersion Program focused on the management and strategic development of law firms, an initiative led by the institution’s CEO, Dr. Daniel Quintana Sperb.
The launch was part of the program for Brazil’s largest legal conference and marked the presentation of a proposal designed for professionals who wish to go beyond technical training and develop a more strategic perspective on the management of their legal practices.
With a practical approach focused on the contemporary challenges facing the legal profession, the Immersion Program offers a development journey for partners, managers, and leaders who seek to strengthen their law firms, streamline processes, and make more strategic decisions to foster sustainable growth.
According to Sperb, the legal profession is undergoing a structural change that requires law firms to take a broader view of management and business development. "Clients continue to value technical quality, but today they also expect agility, clarity, a personal touch, and an experience comparable to what they find in other market segments. This requires law firms to rethink their value proposition and their business models," he says.
Throughout the program, participants will explore topics related to strategy, positioning, management, branding, portfolio, pricing, and growth, applying management principles to the specific characteristics of the legal market.
With the new Immersion Program, the Foundation is expanding its portfolio of professional development opportunities and reaffirming its commitment to education that is aligned with the real demands of the legal market.
Registration is now open for the “New Business Models for Law Firms” Immersion Program. Learn more about the program and its schedule on the official website.
