FMP Hosts an Event Featuring an International Professor for the Course “Introduction to the Study of Law”

On the morning of Thursday, August 6, first-semester law students in the morning session at FMP participated in a special activity for the course “Introduction to the Study of Law,” taught by Prof. Dr. Mauro Souza, using the flipped classroom methodology.

The pedagogical approach incorporated the active teaching methodologies adopted by the institution, promoting a more participatory and collaborative learning experience. In this model, students studied the material in advance and used class time to engage in in-depth discussions, develop critical reflections, and collectively build knowledge.

The event featured Prof. Martín Julián Acevedo Miño, a constitutional lawyer and professor of constitutional law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). The professor shared his experience and led a discussion on topics related to constitutional law and the fundamentals of legal studies, providing students with an important opportunity for international exposure and the exchange of knowledge.
