On June 27, FMP held a review session for the course “Theory of Legal Argumentation” (TAJ), organized by the Pedagogical Support Center (NAP). The purpose of the session was to answer questions, review the course’s main content, and help students prepare for the G2 exam.
The seminar was led by Dr. Rosemeri Munhoz, who emphasized the importance of the course for the training of future legal professionals.
"The course on Legal Argumentation Theory is essential to the training of legal professionals, as it develops the ability to interpret legal norms, construct consistent arguments, and justify decisions in a logical, rational, and legally sound manner. As a teaching assistant, it is very rewarding to be part of this learning experience, as I believe it helps strengthen students’ critical thinking, autonomy, and confidence, encourages the exchange of knowledge among peers, and helps reduce learning difficulties."
During the session, the students had the opportunity to review key concepts, ask questions, and explore topics relevant to the exam in greater depth. The students’ active participation highlighted the importance of initiatives that complement classroom instruction.
The tutoring program was part of the academic support initiatives promoted by FMP, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to enhancing the quality of legal education and to the students’ development throughout their undergraduate studies.
