Due to new challenges in his professional career, Daniel Sperb is stepping down from his role as head of the Executive Board of the FMP—the Public Prosecutor’s Office Higher Education Foundation.

His relationship with the institution, however, will continue.

Moving forward, Daniel will continue to contribute to the FMP as an Advisor on Strategy and Technological Innovation, supporting the institution on issues related to strategic direction, digital transformation, innovation, new business models, and capacity building for the future.

His contribution to this cycle began even before he took on an executive leadership role. While still serving as a consultant, Daniel led the development of the Strategic Plan associated with the PDI 2026–2030, which went on to guide a new phase for the institution. Later, as CEO, he took on the challenge of translating that strategy into organizational structure, positioning, execution capabilities, and results.

In March 2026, FMP unveiled its new positioning to the market: “We Are the Evolution of Law.” This initiative marked a significant shift in how the institution began to position itself, communicate its value proposition, and compete in the legal education market.

Throughout this period, FMP made progress on various fronts, including market positioning, portfolio management, course management, governance and institutional policies, data culture, digital transformation, and new models for engaging with the market—all as part of a collaborative effort with the institution’s teams.

Daniel’s continued service as a Board Member will help preserve the knowledge accumulated throughout this term and his connection to strategic initiatives that will remain relevant to the FMP’s next steps.

FMP thanks Daniel Sperb for his leadership, dedication, ability to get things done, and contribution to the institution’s transformation, and wishes him success in the new professional challenges that lie ahead.

An executive term is coming to an end. The partnership with FMP continues.
